The Indian Derby being run under the new avatar of "Mcdowell Signature Indian Derby" and I was there to witness the weekend of style and Sport, and unprecedented show of glitz & glamour, sport & leisure, Chilled Beer & adrenalin rush of betting. What makes it big...the whopping prize money of 1.87 crore, winner taking away a sum of 1crore and page 3 personalities with all the designer labels best suited for Mumbai's scorching heat of the season. Every where you see one thing that is Mr. Vijay Mallya Mcdowell, Set Alight, Force India, Set Alight (Horse Name and favorite for this Derby) and Kingfisher 
and no doubt that was 
the need of the hour. The other one I tried quench my thirst a Signature Whisky cocktail named after Mallya’s horse “Saddle Up” but it failed miserably. I used this opportunity to test my newly bought lens Tamron 70-300 which gave me good results as you can see. It was very handy to capture the peoples candid emotion and facial expressions.
